The question asked, verbatim: best webinar platforms for agencies. This page records one answer on one date. It is a measurement, not a ranking and not a recommendation.

Brands named, in the order the engine gave

  1. WebinarKit recommended
Searched - one caveat up front: a lot of the "best for agencies" listicles that rank first are vendor-owned blogs (WebinarKit, ON24, Goldcast all publish their own rankings), so I've weighted toward G2 data and pricing facts over those posts.
  2. ON24 recommended
Searched - one caveat up front: a lot of the "best for agencies" listicles that rank first are vendor-owned blogs (WebinarKit, ON24, Goldcast all publish their own rankings), so I've weighted toward G2 data and pricing facts over those posts.
  3. Goldcast recommended
Searched - one caveat up front: a lot of the "best for agencies" listicles that rank first are vendor-owned blogs (WebinarKit, ON24, Goldcast all publish their own rankings), so I've weighted toward G2 data and pricing facts over those posts.
  4. Demio recommended
    Demio - my default recommendation.
  5. Livestorm mentioned
Livestorm - pick this over Demio if you have a lot of people touching the account.
  6. EverWebinar / WebinarJam mentioned
eWebinar or EverWebinar - only if the deliverable is evergreen "always-on" funnels rather than live events.
  7. Zoom Webinars mentioned
Zoom Webinars - the boring, safe answer when the client insists on it or the audience is enormous.
  8. GoHighLevel mentioned
GoHighLevel - the honest pick if you're already a GHL agency.
  9. Real DRaaS mentioned
    Real learning curve.
  10. Contrast mentioned
Contrast - narrow but worth knowing: highest-rated of the group (4.8 G2, 4.9 HubSpot Marketplace) with a genuinely deep HubSpot integration.
  11. HubSpot mentioned
Contrast - narrow but worth knowing: highest-rated of the group (4.8 G2, 4.9 HubSpot Marketplace) with a genuinely deep HubSpot integration.
  12. Skip BigMarker mentioned
Skip BigMarker unless someone specifically requests it.

The answer, as recorded

Searched - one caveat up front: a lot of the "best for agencies" listicles that rank first are vendor-owned blogs (WebinarKit, ON24, Goldcast all publish their own rankings), so I've weighted toward G2 data and pricing facts over those posts. Two different agency needs here, so I'll split them. ## If you're running webinars for clients (or your own lead gen) **1. Demio** - my default recommendation. Registration pages, in-event CTAs, lead scoring, live + automated in one tool, and it integrates cleanly with the CRMs clients actually use. $45/mo entry, $199+ at the top on annual billing. No free tier, which is the main gripe. It's the least likely to embarrass you in front of a client and the easiest to hand off. ([G2](https://www.g2.com/products/demio/reviews), [pricing comparison](https://www.stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms/)) **2. Livestorm** - pick this over Demio if you have a lot of people touching the account. Fully browser-based (no client downloads, which kills no-shows) and unlimited team members, so you're not paying per staffer. Watch the pricing: they moved to credit-based at ~€2.50 per attendee, so a 3,000-attendee event is ~€7,500. Great for many small webinars, brutal for a few big ones. ([Livestorm pricing](https://www.authencio.com/blog/livestorm-pricing-compare-plans-save-on-your-summit)) **3. eWebinar or EverWebinar** - only if the deliverable is evergreen "always-on" funnels rather than live events. Purpose-built for automated replays with simulated chat and scheduled recurrence; cheaper and better at that one job than bolting automation onto a live platform. ([overview](https://www.getcontrast.io/learn/best-webinar-software)) **4. Zoom Webinars** - the boring, safe answer when the client insists on it or the audience is enormous. Scales to tens of thousands and nobody needs to be taught how to join. Weak on marketing features - you'll be wiring up registration and follow-up elsewhere. ([comparison](https://www.guideflow.com/blog/best-webinar-platforms)) ## If you want to resell webinars under your own brand **5. GoHighLevel** - the honest pick if you're already a GHL agency. Sub-account structure, white-label, and webinars/virtual events bundled into every plan alongside CRM, email, and SMS, so it's one bill instead of five. The webinar module itself is weaker than Demio's - you're buying consolidation, not quality. ([WebinarKit's writeup](https://getwebinarkit.com/blog/highlevel-webinar-agency-stack) - note that's a vendor blog) **6. WebinarKit** - white-label rights with 100 sub-accounts, so you can rebrand and resell it as your own product. Lifetime/appsumo-style deals make the margin work. Smaller company, so do your own uptime diligence before putting a client's flagship event on it. ([details](https://getwebinarkit.com/white-label)) ## If your clients are enterprise B2B **7. ON24** - 4.3/5 on G2 across 1,400+ reviews. Best-in-class engagement analytics: it turns every poll, download, and CTA click into a scored signal you can push to the client's CRM. That's the deliverable enterprise clients pay for. Real learning curve. ([G2](https://www.g2.com/compare/goldcast-vs-on24)) **8. Goldcast** - 4.7/5 across 500+ reviews, and the better choice when the client wants *content* out of each event. Auto-generates clips, blog drafts, and social copy post-event, which is billable repurposing work you'd otherwise do by hand. ([comparison](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/goldcast-vs-on24)) **9. Contrast** - narrow but worth knowing: highest-rated of the group (4.8 G2, 4.9 HubSpot Marketplace) with a genuinely deep HubSpot integration. If a client runs on HubSpot, this is the shortest path to attribution that actually works. **Skip BigMarker** unless someone specifically requests it. Strong automation, but they retired public pricing and real deals run $18-25k+/year - budget two or three sales calls before you even get a number. Hard to quote a client against. ([pricing](https://www.stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms/)) If I had to give one answer with no context: **Demio**, and add **eWebinar** when the evergreen funnel work shows up. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
