## Shortlist, in the order I'd actually recommend **1. Demio** - my default for most marketing agencies. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills show-up rates), clean branding on registration pages and in-room, solid polls/handouts/CTA tools, and genuinely useful attendance + conversion analytics to put in client reports. Integrates with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo. Roughly $45/mo per host on annual billing, scaling by room size up to several hundred per month for 3,000 attendees. The catch for agencies: it's priced per host, so a dozen clients gets expensive fast. **2. Livestorm** - pick this over Demio if you have a bigger team or need multiple workspaces. Also browser-based, better multi-seat/team structure, the best raw analytics export of the group, and a free tier that's actually usable for testing a client's format before anyone pays. EU-based, so it's the easier sell for GDPR-sensitive clients. Free up to about $825/mo. **3. WebinarJam + EverWebinar** - if you do direct-response/sales webinars (coaches, courses, high-ticket offers), this is still the workhorse. Built around the pitch: countdown timers, injected offers, chat moderation, and EverWebinar for evergreen replays that behave like live. Cheap on annual billing. The UI is dated and you'll hear occasional reliability grumbling, but conversion-wise it's hard to beat. **4. eWebinar** - the cheapest, cleanest way to run always-on automated webinars across many clients. Take a recording, schedule it on a recurring basis, and it simulates live interaction with real-time chat routing to a human. Great for client onboarding, demo funnels, and evergreen lead gen. Not for live events. **5. BigMarker** - the one to reach for when a client wants genuine white-label: custom domains, deep branding, multi-session summits and virtual conferences. Most flexible of the group, but it's quote-based enterprise pricing and heavier to set up. **6. ON24** - only for enterprise B2B clients with real budget. The reason to use it is attribution: engagement scoring that flows into Marketo/Salesforce so your client's demand-gen team can defend the spend. Overkill otherwise. **7. Goldcast** - modern B2B alternative to ON24. Strongest at content repurposing - it'll cut clips from the recording for social and nurture, which is usually billable agency work you now don't have to do manually. **8. Zoom Webinars / Zoom Events** - when the client already lives in Zoom, or when scale and "it will not break" matter more than marketing features. Registration and follow-up tooling is weak, so you'll bolt on your own landing pages. Note the sticker price is misleading: Webinars is an add-on requiring a paid Workplace plan underneath, so ~$95/mo for 500 attendees is really more. **9. GoTo Webinar or Zoho Webinar** - training-heavy clients and budget clients respectively. Neither is exciting; both are fine. ## The agency-specific thing worth knowing Almost none of these do true agency sub-accounts well, despite the marketing copy. The pattern that works in practice: buy a host seat inside each client's own account, billed to them, and you operate it. You avoid holding their attendee PII, you don't eat the subscription cost on churn, and the data stays with the client when the relationship ends. Reserve your own agency-level account for prospects and for your own marketing. One caveat on the research: search results for this query are dominated by vendor-owned content - EasyWebinar's blog ranks for its own competitors' pricing pages, and a "#1 for agencies" ranking for WebinarNinja came from an affiliate aggregator. I weighted my own assessment over those rankings; treat all the pricing above as approximate and verify on the vendor's page, since several changed pricing earlier this year. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
