What Bikoosh is

Bikoosh is monitoring assistance: we watch parts of the open web for copies of listings you register and hand you evidence and templates when we find probable copies. We are useful, but we are not everywhere.

What Bikoosh is not

• Not complete protection. No monitoring service can see the whole internet. We make no guarantee that every clone will be found.
• Not a legal service. Takedown documents are convenience templates, not legal advice. For legal action, consult a lawyer.
• Not an enforcement service. We do not contact cloners or hosts on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Register only listings you genuinely control or represent.
• Keep your whitelist of legitimate publication channels accurate - it prevents false alarms.
• Use evidence and templates truthfully; false infringement claims can carry legal consequences for you.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Gumroad and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fair-use limits per plan are listed on the pricing page.

Refunds

Gumroad is the merchant of record for every Bikoosh subscription, so a refund request goes through the Gumroad receipt for the charge, and Gumroad may issue a refund within 90 days of that charge at its own discretion under its refund policy. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access runs to the end of the period already paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
