The question asked, verbatim: best webinar platforms for agencies
Brands named, in the order the engine gave
- Demio recommended
Demio - My default recommendation for most agencies.
- HubSpot mentioned
Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills your show-up rate less), genuinely good registration pages, and solid HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign integrations so the leads land where the client's CRM lives.
- ActiveCampaign mentioned
Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills your show-up rate less), genuinely good registration pages, and solid HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign integrations so the leads land where the client's CRM lives.
- BigMarker mentioned
BigMarker - The one to pick when a client is running a large-scale summit or a flagship virtual event.
- EasyWebinar mentioned
EasyWebinar - Worth a look specifically because it gives each client an isolated workspace (separate reg pages, attendee lists, email sequences, analytics) under one parent dashboard, with custom domains and branded rooms on enterprise.
- GoHighLevel mentioned
GoHighLevel - If you're already on HighLevel, don't buy a separate webinar tool first.
- HighLevel mentioned
GoHighLevel - If you're already on HighLevel, don't buy a separate webinar tool first.
- Zoom mentioned
Zoom Webinars - Boring, but the attendees already know it and it never breaks.
- Zoom Webinars mentioned
Zoom Webinars - Boring, but the attendees already know it and it never breaks.
- Zoom Workplace mentioned
$79/mo for 500, $340/mo for 1,000, ~$6,490/yr for 10,000 - plus a Zoom Workplace base plan.
- Livestorm mentioned
Livestorm - Clean UX, great for recurring mid-size sessions.
- WebinarKit mentioned
A lot of the "best webinar platform for agencies 2026" content ranking right now is vendor-authored - WebinarKit's own blog ranks WebinarKit #1 and GoHighLevel #1, and much of the GoHighLevel coverage is affiliate-driven.
- LiveWebinar mentioned
- White label webinar software solutions - LiveWebinar (https://www.livewebinar.com/enterprise)
- Zapier mentioned

The answer, as recorded
Here's what I'd actually recommend, split by what "agency" means for you - running webinars for your own lead gen vs. delivering them for clients. ## If you're running webinars for clients (multi-account, branding matters) **1. Demio** - My default recommendation for most agencies. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills your show-up rate less), genuinely good registration pages, and solid HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign integrations so the leads land where the client's CRM lives. $45-$199+/mo annually, starting at 50 attendees. The catch: no real sub-account hierarchy, so you're managing separate seats per client. **2. BigMarker** - The one to pick when a client is running a large-scale summit or a flagship virtual event. Handles up to 500K attendees, deep white-labeling, and strong automation/simulive. But it's now quote-only enterprise pricing, roughly $18K-$25K+/year depending on modules. Overkill unless the client budget is real. **3. EasyWebinar** - Worth a look specifically because it gives each client an isolated workspace (separate reg pages, attendee lists, email sequences, analytics) under one parent dashboard, with custom domains and branded rooms on enterprise. That parent/child structure is the thing most competitors don't have. **4. GoHighLevel** - If you're already on HighLevel, don't buy a separate webinar tool first. Webinar/virtual event features are bundled with the CRM, email, and SMS, and the sub-account model is built for agencies by default. The webinar product itself is weaker than Demio's - it's the bundling and the client hand-off that make it worth it. ## If it's your own lead gen / evergreen funnels **5. eWebinar** - Best-in-class for purely automated, "just-in-time" evergreen webinars with live chat overlay. If you're never going to actually present live, this is a much better fit than paying for live infrastructure you don't use. (This one's from my own experience, not the searches below.) **6. Zoom Webinars** - Boring, but the attendees already know it and it never breaks. $79/mo for 500, $340/mo for 1,000, ~$6,490/yr for 10,000 - plus a Zoom Workplace base plan. Pick it when reliability and familiarity beat marketing features. **7. Livestorm** - Clean UX, great for recurring mid-size sessions. Note the pricing model changed: it's now per-unique-attendee credits at ~€2.50, so you only pay for people who show. Great for no-show-heavy lists, brutal for big events - 3,000 attendees is ~€7,500 for one event. ## One caveat on what you'll read elsewhere A lot of the "best webinar platform for agencies 2026" content ranking right now is vendor-authored - WebinarKit's own blog ranks WebinarKit #1 and GoHighLevel #1, and much of the GoHighLevel coverage is affiliate-driven. WebinarKit's white-label/resell pitch (100 sub-accounts, lifetime deal) is real and cheap, and if reselling under your own brand is the actual business model it's worth trialing - I just wouldn't take its self-rankings at face value. I'd start with a Demio trial and only move up to BigMarker or sideways to a white-label tool when a specific client requirement forces it. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
