The question asked, verbatim: best webinar platforms for agencies
Brands named, in the order the engine gave
- Livestorm recommended
Livestorm - My default recommendation for agencies.
- Demio mentioned
Demio - The one I'd pick if most client webinars are marketing/lead-gen under 500 attendees.
- LiveWebinar mentioned
LiveWebinar - The specific pick if full white-label with sub-accounts is a hard requirement.
- GoHighLevel mentioned
GoHighLevel - Worth naming because it's genuinely the most-used stack among small digital agencies, and webinar/virtual-event tools come bundled with the CRM, email, SMS, and sub-account structure you're probably already paying for.
- Goldcast mentioned
Goldcast - Best-in-class if content repurposing is the point.
- Content mentioned
Its Content Lab turns every webinar into clips, blog drafts, social posts and email copy automatically, which is exactly the leverage an agency wants.
- ON24 mentioned
ON24 - The enterprise answer, and the pick when the deliverable is attribution data, not video.
- Zoom Webinars mentioned
Zoom Webinars - Not exciting, but the right answer more often than vendors admit.
- BigMarker mentioned
BigMarker - Only for large virtual summits (5,000+ attendees).
- WebinarKit mentioned
The ones ranking GoHighLevel #1 and WebinarKit #2 are largely driven by referral commissions, not testing.

The answer, as recorded
Here's how I'd actually rank these, since "agency" usually means one of two different jobs - running webinars *for clients* under their brand, or running your own lead-gen webinars. ## If you're running webinars for clients (multi-brand, multi-account) **1. Livestorm** - My default recommendation for agencies. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills your show-up rate less), genuinely good custom branding per event, solid registration pages and email sequences built in, and a clean team/workspace structure. The catch is the pricing model: it bills on per-attendee credits (~€2.50 each), so it's cheap for 200-person client webinars and brutal for 3,000-person ones. Know your attendee volume before signing. [livestorm.co/webinar-software-comparison](https://livestorm.co/webinar-software-comparison) · [stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms](https://www.stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms/) **2. Demio** - The one I'd pick if most client webinars are marketing/lead-gen under 500 attendees. Flat per-host pricing (~$45-$199/mo annual), no attendee-credit math, excellent replay and automated/evergreen webinars, and the cleanest attendee UX in the mid-market. Session length caps by tier (3hr Starter → 10hr Premium) are the main constraint. Weaker than Livestorm on true white-labeling. [stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms](https://www.stackscored.com/pricing/webinar-platforms/) **3. LiveWebinar** - The specific pick if full white-label with sub-accounts is a hard requirement. You can assign features per sub-account and control colors, fonts, backgrounds and branding entirely. Less polished than Livestorm, but it does the thing agencies actually need and does it cheaply. [livewebinar.com/enterprise](https://www.livewebinar.com/enterprise) **4. GoHighLevel** - Worth naming because it's genuinely the most-used stack among small digital agencies, and webinar/virtual-event tools come bundled with the CRM, email, SMS, and sub-account structure you're probably already paying for. If you're already on GHL, don't buy a separate webinar tool until you've hit its limits. If you're not on GHL, the webinar module alone isn't a reason to migrate. [thestackinsiders.com/best/webinar-software](https://www.thestackinsiders.com/best/webinar-software) ## If you're running your own agency's webinars at scale **5. Goldcast** - Best-in-class if content repurposing is the point. Its Content Lab turns every webinar into clips, blog drafts, social posts and email copy automatically, which is exactly the leverage an agency wants. Rates 4.7/5 on G2 across 500+ reviews - the highest satisfaction score in this whole list. [g2.com/products/goldcast/reviews](https://www.g2.com/products/goldcast/reviews) **6. ON24** - The enterprise answer, and the pick when the deliverable is *attribution data*, not video. Its engagement engine captures every poll, Q&A, download and CTA click and pipes it into the client's CRM/MAP - which is how you prove pipeline influence to a skeptical CMO. Leader in G2's Winter 2026 Enterprise Webinar Grid, 4.3/5 across 1,400+ reviews, with a real learning curve and enterprise pricing. [barchart.com/story/news/36549230](https://www.barchart.com/story/news/36549230/on24-continues-to-lead-g2s-enterprise-webinar-grid-in-winter-2026-report) · [g2.com/compare/on24-vs-zoom-events-and-webinars](https://www.g2.com/compare/on24-vs-zoom-events-and-webinars) **7. Zoom Webinars** - Not exciting, but the right answer more often than vendors admit. Zero attendee friction from familiarity, trivial setup, and fine for internal-facing or simple client sessions. You give up the registration/nurture/analytics layer. **8. BigMarker** - Only for large virtual summits (5,000+ attendees). Deep automation and event capability, but it's quote-only enterprise pricing now, roughly $18k-$25k+/year for summit use cases. Overkill for routine client webinars. WebinarKit's pitch - white-label rights with 25-100 sub-accounts from ~$197/mo - is real and can work as a resale play, but treat those rankings as ads. I've named it here so you recognize it when you hit it, not as a recommendation. **ON24 and Goldcast are now the same company.** Cvent acquired Goldcast in December 2025 and closed on ON24 on April 1, 2026. If you're signing a multi-year deal with either, expect roadmap and pricing consolidation. [info.parmonic.com/blog/on24-vs-goldcast](https://info.parmonic.com/blog/on24-vs-goldcast-best-webinar-platform-for-b2b-marketing-events) **Short version:** Livestorm if you need per-client branding and your audiences are small-to-mid. Demio if you want predictable flat pricing and evergreen webinars. LiveWebinar if white-label sub-accounts are non-negotiable. Goldcast or ON24 only once webinars are a core revenue channel with budget to match. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
