  3. Demio recommended
Demio - My default recommendation for a marketing agency.
  4. HubSpot mentioned
Fully browser-based (no client's prospect has to install anything, which kills the single biggest source of no-shows), clean branded registration pages, automated/"series" events, and real integrations with HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign and Zapier so leads land in your client's CRM rather than a

Livestorm - The other serious browser-based pick, and better than Demio if you need multiple workspaces for separate client brands or if your clients are EU/GDPR-sensitive.

Zoom Webinars - The boring, correct answer more often than agencies admit.
  9. Zoom Webinars mentioned
Zoom Webinars - The boring, correct answer more often than agencies admit.

The fix is to run registration on your own stack (HubSpot landing pages, Webflow, whatever the client uses) and let Zoom just be the pipe.
  11. BigMarker mentioned
BigMarker - This is the one I'd name specifically when a client needs true white-label: custom domains, your branding end to end, plus multi-session virtual summits and conference-style events.
  12. ON24 mentioned
ON24 - For enterprise and regulated clients (financial services, pharma, healthcare).
  13. Goldcast mentioned
    Goldcast - The B2B/ABM pick.
  14. WebinarJam / EverWebinar mentioned
WebinarJam / EverWebinar - Only if you serve info-product, coaching or high-ticket-offer clients.
  15. EverWebinar mentioned
WebinarJam / EverWebinar - Only if you serve info-product, coaching or high-ticket-offer clients.
  16. HighLevel mentioned
EasyWebinar - Listing it honestly: it's a real all-in-one with live + evergreen, a HighLevel/GHL integration, and an explicit agency/reseller program with unlimited client sub-accounts and revenue share - which is the structure agencies ask for.
  17. Google mentioned
Zoom or Google Meet for delivery, plus the registration/email layer the client is already paying for, covers it - and you avoid eating an annual Livestorm or Demio contract when a retainer ends.

The answer, as recorded

## First, a flag on the research The top of the search results for this query is almost entirely SEO/affiliate content, and a large chunk of it is published by **EasyWebinar itself** - including articles titled "10 Best Webinar Software" and "Livestorm Pricing 2026" that rank their own product first. Toolradar's "best webinar for agencies" page similarly reads as generated affiliate copy. I'm not ranking based on those. Below is what I'd actually recommend, with the pricing I could verify. ## What I'd name, in order **1. Demio** - My default recommendation for a marketing agency. Fully browser-based (no client's prospect has to install anything, which kills the single biggest source of no-shows), clean branded registration pages, automated/"series" events, and real integrations with HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign and Zapier so leads land in *your client's* CRM rather than a CSV you have to shuttle around. Pricing runs roughly **$59-$799/mo** depending on tier and room size. Caveat: proper white-labeling and custom domains live on the expensive Premium tier (quoted anywhere from ~$899 to $2,000+/mo), which only makes sense at ~10+ retained clients. **2. Livestorm** - The other serious browser-based pick, and better than Demio if you need multiple workspaces for separate client brands or if your clients are EU/GDPR-sensitive. Important 2026 change: they've moved to **credits** (1 credit = 1 unique person in 1 session), the Business plan is retired, and Pro is **annual-only** - roughly **$1,200/yr for 400 credits** up to **$9,600 for 4,000**, with unused credits expiring. That's good for bursty agency usage, bad for cash flow and bad if a client churns mid-year. A lot of third-party pages still quote the old active-contact pricing, so ignore those. **3. Zoom Webinars** - The boring, correct answer more often than agencies admit. Cheapest at scale, your clients' audiences already trust the brand and know how it works, and it simply doesn't fall over. Listed around **$5-$416/mo** per license depending on capacity, versus Zoom Events from ~$500/mo. Its weakness is exactly the agency-relevant part: ugly, unbrandable registration and no real marketing automation. The fix is to run registration on your own stack (HubSpot landing pages, Webflow, whatever the client uses) and let Zoom just be the pipe. **4. BigMarker** - This is the one I'd name specifically when a client needs *true* white-label: custom domains, your branding end to end, plus multi-session virtual summits and conference-style events. Sales-led custom pricing with no public numbers, so expect enterprise-shaped contracts. Strong product, slow procurement. **5. ON24** - For enterprise and regulated clients (financial services, pharma, healthcare). You're buying the analytics and first-party engagement data piping into Marketo/Eloqua, not the viewing experience. Expensive, annual commitment, dated UX, and overkill unless the client's demand-gen team is measuring webinar-sourced pipeline seriously. **6. Goldcast** - The B2B/ABM pick. Its genuine agency advantage is content repurposing: clip and spin one webinar into dozens of social assets, which is a billable deliverable rather than a cost center. Pricey and aimed at funded B2B SaaS. **7. eWebinar** - Narrow but excellent: pure evergreen/automated webinars, priced per-webinar rather than per-attendee. Ideal for client onboarding sequences and always-on demo funnels. Not a live platform - don't try to make it one. **8. WebinarJam / EverWebinar** - Only if you serve info-product, coaching or high-ticket-offer clients. The conversion machinery (offer timers, injected chat, replay gating) is aggressive and it's cheap. Reliability and polish are genuinely weaker than everything above, so I wouldn't put it in front of an enterprise client. **9. EasyWebinar** - Listing it honestly: it's a real all-in-one with live + evergreen, a HighLevel/GHL integration, and an explicit agency/reseller program with unlimited client sub-accounts and revenue share - which *is* the structure agencies ask for. But its #1 placement across search results is self-published, so treat the ranking as marketing and the product as a mid-tier option worth a trial, not a given. ## The one thing I'd push back on For most agencies under ~5 webinar clients, buying a dedicated webinar platform per client is the wrong spend. Zoom or Google Meet for delivery, plus the registration/email layer the client is already paying for, covers it - and you avoid eating an annual Livestorm or Demio contract when a retainer ends. Reach for Demio or BigMarker once webinars are a named, recurring line item on the invoice.
