## My shortlist, in the order I'd actually recommend **1. Livestorm** - My default for an agency running webinars for multiple clients. Fully browser-based (no attendee download, which kills the biggest drop-off point), strong custom branding, good registration pages, and solid HubSpot/Salesforce/Marketo integrations so client leads land where the client wants them. Watch the pricing model: it bills on *active contacts* (~$99/mo for <100, $198 for <200, $495 for <500), which punishes big one-off launches. Free tier (30 contacts, 20-min sessions) is genuinely usable for pitching the service. [pricing comparison](https://www.getcontrast.io/learn/livestorm-vs-demio) **2. Demio** - The one I'd pick if most of your work is marketing/sales funnels rather than big corporate events. Cleanest attendee experience, best-in-class live→automated workflow (record once, run it evergreen), and fast setup. Starter is $45/mo annually for 50 attendees; Growth adds multiple hosts, custom branding and on-demand webinars at 150-3,000 attendees; Premium (~$196/mo per host) adds 1080p, captions, and a CSM. The per-host pricing is the agency pain point. [Demio pricing](https://g2.com/products/demio/pricing) **3. Zoom Webinars / Zoom Events** - Not the best product, but the one enterprise clients' IT and legal departments have already approved, and the one their audience knows how to join. Starts around $79/mo on top of a Pro plan. Pick it when the client's procurement process matters more than the experience, or when you need thousands of attendees reliably. **4. WebinarJam + EverWebinar** - The direct-response pair. Cheapest capacity by a wide margin ($39/mo for <100, $79 for <500, $229 for <2,000), built-in offer/cart overlays, and EverWebinar handles the just-in-time evergreen replays. Rougher UI and more support complaints than the above - I'd use it for performance/info-product clients, not for a brand-sensitive B2B client. [WebinarJam pricing](https://g2.com/products/webinarjam/pricing) **5. eWebinar** - Specifically for recurring, no-presenter content: product demos, client onboarding, training. If an agency client wants "demo available every 15 minutes forever," this is purpose-built and much cheaper than staffing it. **6. ON24 or Goldcast** - Enterprise B2B demand gen only. Engagement scoring, content hubs, deep MAP integration, and the analytics a client's demand-gen team will ask for. Expect annual contracts in the five figures; only worth it when the client is funding it directly. **7. StreamYard or Restream** - Not webinar software, but if the goal is reach rather than gated leads, multicasting to LinkedIn/YouTube at ~$25/mo beats a webinar platform. Pair with a simple form on the client's site. ## The agency-specific warning True white-labeling with per-client sub-accounts barely exists in this market - it's a long-standing complaint across platforms, including [Zoho's own community threads from agencies asking for exactly that](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-webinar-hard-for-agencies). Everyone bills per host/workspace, so you'll either buy a seat per client or have each client own their own account with you as a user. I'd push for the latter anyway: the client owns their registrant data, you're not the data controller for their attendee PII, and you don't lose the asset when the relationship ends. Keep one agency-owned account (Demio or Livestorm) for your own demand gen and for clients too small to buy their own. One caveat on sourcing: most "best webinar platform" rankings you'll find are published by vendors ranking themselves or by affiliate directories - the ordering above is my own, not theirs. **Sources:** - [Livestorm vs Demio comparison](https://www.getcontrast.io/learn/livestorm-vs-demio) - [Demio pricing (G2)](https://g2.com/products/demio/pricing) - [WebinarJam pricing (G2)](https://g2.com/products/webinarjam/pricing) - [Best Webinar Software in 2026 (DesignRush)](https://www.designrush.com/agency/digital-marketing/trends/best-webinar-software) - [Zoho community: agencies and white-labeled webinars](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-webinar-hard-for-agencies)

Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
