The answer, as recorded

Searched, and a caveat up front: "best webinar platform for agencies" is one of the most affiliate-poisoned queries on the web. Most of the top results were vendors ranking themselves #1 on their own blogs (EasyWebinar, WebinarNinja). So the ranking below is my own judgment on the agency-specific problem - running webinars *on behalf of clients*, with their branding, their leads, billed through you - with pricing and the ownership news verified. **1. Demio** - My default recommendation for agency client work. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills the #1 cause of bad show-rates), clean enough to put a client's logo on without apologizing, and it does live, automated and on-demand in one place. Runs ~$59-$799/mo; the Growth tier is where you get multiple hosts, custom branding and on-demand. Good HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce hooks so leads land in the *client's* CRM, not yours. **2. Livestorm** - Pick this over Demio if your team is big. Paid plans include unlimited team members, so your cost doesn't scale every time you add a PM or a junior producer - a genuinely agency-shaped pricing model. Browser-based, strong registration pages and analytics. Free tier up to ~$825/mo. **3. BigMarker** - The real answer if you want to *resell* webinars as your own product. Their White Label package gives you a fully branded end-to-end platform on your own domain, with bespoke landing pages and emails. Most configurable, most branding control, also the most setup work and the priciest. If a client must never see a vendor's name, this is the one. **4. Zoom Webinars** - The pragmatic, boring choice, and sometimes correct. ~$79/mo as an add-on, scales to 50,000 attendees, and your client's IT already trusts it. Weak on branded registration, email nurture and marketing analytics - you'll bolt those on. Best for big-audience, low-fuss events. **5. Contrast** - Newer, built for marketing teams: consistent branding across registration, viewer experience and emails, plus AI repurposing of one webinar into clips, blog posts and social. Strong fit if your agency sells content volume, not just the event. **6. Goldcast** - Mid-market B2B where the webinar is a content engine; its Content Lab spits out clips, blog copy and social within minutes of the event ending. One flag: **Cvent acquired Goldcast in December 2025**, so ask hard questions about roadmap and renewal pricing before signing a multi-year. **7. ON24** - Only for enterprise and regulated clients (pharma, financial services) where compliance and deep first-party engagement data matter more than speed. Custom pricing, enterprise contract, professional services to implement. Same flag, bigger: **Cvent closed its $400M acquisition of ON24 on April 1, 2026** and took it private. Two of the category's leaders now sit under one owner - relevant to your negotiating position and your concentration risk. **8. eWebinar** - Not for live events at all. It's for evergreen, always-on funnels and client onboarding sequences you set up once and bill monthly. A quietly excellent agency retainer product. **9. WebinarJam / EverWebinar** - Only for direct-response and info-product clients who want countdown timers and hard-close offers. Cheap and effective for that; dated UX and a reliability reputation that makes it a bad bet for an enterprise client's flagship event. **10. GoTo Webinar** (training-heavy clients, legacy reliability) and **Zoho Webinar** (budget, or clients already in the Zoho stack) - fine, unexciting, worth knowing exist. Two things to check before you commit, because they bite agencies specifically: whether the contract lets *you* hold the account while the *client* owns the lead data, and how attendee tiers price - jumping a 500-attendee cap mid-campaign is where margins quietly disappear.
