The answer, as recorded
# Best webinar platforms for agencies For agency use specifically, the thing that separates platforms isn't video quality - it's whether you can run many clients' events without buying many accounts, and whether the client's brand (not yours, not the vendor's) is what attendees see. **1. Demio** - My default recommendation for most agencies. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which kills show-up rates), fast to set up, clean registration pages, and solid live + automated/"series" webinars. Starts around $45-63/mo. The reason it wins for agencies: you can spin up a client's event in 15 minutes and the UI doesn't require training a client's marketing coordinator. Weak spot: branding customization is light, and you'll need separate seats per client if they want their own logins. **2. BigMarker** - The pick if white-labeling matters. Everything runs on your own domain: landing pages, live rooms, transactional emails, even mobile apps. That means you can resell webinars as your own service, or deliver fully client-branded events. Downside: white label is Enterprise-tier only, so expect quote-based pricing well above the self-serve tools. Worth it if webinars are a product line, not a one-off deliverable. **3. eWebinar** - Best for the "evergreen funnel" work agencies get hired for. It's purpose-built for automated webinars only - you upload a recording and it runs on a recurring schedule with simulated-live chat and real-time moderation. Much cheaper and less fussy than forcing WebinarJam/EverWebinar to do this. Not the tool for genuine live events. **4. Livestorm** - Good middle option for demand-gen clients. Strong per-attendee analytics and clean integrations, fully browser-based. Pricing is attendee-based (Pro around $99/mo for 100 attendees, with a four-hour event cap), which can get awkward if a client's event unexpectedly spikes - budget for that. **5. Zoom Webinars** - The safe choice when the client insists, or when the event is large. Above ~500 attendees it holds up better than most, and recording/transcription is mature. Two catches: it's an add-on requiring a paid Zoom Workplace plan underneath, and pricing jumps hard past 500 attendees (roughly $79/mo → $340/mo). Branding is minimal, so it's a poor fit if the deliverable is supposed to look like the client's own property. **6. ON24 or Goldcast** - Only for enterprise B2B clients. These exist for pipeline attribution: engagement scoring pushed into Salesforce/Marketo so sales can act on it. Expensive and heavy to implement; overkill unless the client's revenue team is actually consuming the data. **7. WebinarJam / EverWebinar** - Cheap ($39/mo-ish, or ~$499/yr) and conversion-focused with built-in offer/CTA injection. I'd put it last: it's the most dated-feeling and historically the least reliable of this group. Reasonable if a client is running direct-response launches on a tight budget. **The short version:** Demio for general agency use, BigMarker if you need it white-labeled under your own domain, eWebinar for evergreen funnels, Zoom when scale or client preference forces it. One practical note: before committing, check whether the platform offers sub-accounts or a partner/agency program. Several of these (Demio, Livestorm) will otherwise require a separate subscription per client, which changes the economics significantly - that's usually a conversation with their sales team rather than something listed on the pricing page. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
