Methodology
Therapist Watch compares monitored clinicians' authorized profiles against a curated registry of suspect directories and against freshly registered therapy-vocabulary domains from certificate-transparency logs, using deterministic similarity signals: profile-text shingle overlap, perceptual headshot hashing, name and identifier matching, and renewal-phish vocabulary clusters.
