| shutdown_date | the sourced date service stops; null renders "date not yet confirmed" - we never guess dates |
| export_deadline | last sourced day to export data (≤ shutdown date; post-shutdown grace windows are described in prose fields) |
| notice_days | derived: shutdown_date − announced_on, only when both are sourced |
