Commercial data license

The free tier stays free forever. Both datasets are CC-BY-4.0: use them, republish them, build on them — with attribution — at no cost, including commercially. Nothing below takes that away.

What the commercial license adds

• Attribution-free use — embed the data in your product without crediting Bikoosh.
• Higher API rate limits — licensed keys get 10× the per-IP tier on /api/v1.
• Monthly archives — the PDF report editions and dated dataset snapshots.

License — $29/mo or $290/yr This is the existing Watch Business membership — one subscription covers the whole fleet. After purchase, activate with tag data-license at /data-license/activate.

Plain-language terms

• Commercial use = inside your paid product/service or internal tooling, without attribution. Redistribution of the raw datasets as a competing dataset product is not covered.
• The data itself is identical to the free tier — we never sell better facts, only convenience.
• Cancel anytime; attribution-free rights end with the subscription; CC-BY-4.0 use continues forever.
