Weekly aggregate statistics from Dealer Watch's monitoring of dealership impersonation. Aggregates only, forever: no dealership names - patterns, never parties.

Methodology

Dealer Watch compares dealerships' own inventory against a curated clone-domain registry and freshly registered near-name domains from certificate-transparency logs, using deterministic similarity signals: name and domain near-name distance, perceptual inventory-photo hashing, listing-text overlap, shared-contact fingerprints, and wire/crypto lure vocabulary. Where Google Safe Browsing flags a candidate, the flag is cited with attribution - we never make such claims ourselves. Counts are signals observed, not adjudications.
