The question asked, verbatim: best webinar platforms for small businesses
Brands named, in the order the engine gave
- Demio recommended
Demio - my default recommendation for most small businesses.
- G2 mentioned
Consistently the best-reviewed of the bunch (4.6/5 on G2).
- Zoom mentioned
Zoom Webinars - if you want the safe, familiar choice.
- Zoom Webinars mentioned
Zoom Webinars - if you want the safe, familiar choice.
- Zoom Pro mentioned
~$79-95/mo for 500 attendees, but note it's an add-on: you also need a Zoom Pro license, so the real floor is ~$92/mo.
- Livestorm mentioned
Livestorm - if your usage is lumpy.
- WebinarJam mentioned
WebinarJam / EverWebinar - if you're running sales-led launches.
- WebinarJam / EverWebinar mentioned
WebinarJam / EverWebinar - if you're running sales-led launches.
- EverWebinar mentioned
WebinarJam / EverWebinar - if you're running sales-led launches.
- ClickMeeting mentioned
ClickMeeting - if you're a very small team on a tight budget and want webinars plus basic training/meeting features without the marketing-automation overhead.
- StreamYard mentioned
StreamYard - if you're really doing live streaming to social, not gated webinars.
- EasyWebinar mentioned
One caveat on my sources: the "10 best, ranked by ROI" list that dominates search results is published by EasyWebinar, which ranks itself #1 - treat that as marketing, not a review.

The answer, as recorded
For a small business, here's how I'd actually rank these - roughly in the order I'd try them: **1. Demio - my default recommendation for most small businesses.** Entry plan ~$42-45/mo for 50 attendees, scaling to ~$75-284/mo on Growth (150-1,000 attendees). It's browser-based (no downloads for attendees, which measurably helps show-up rates), and it's built as a marketing tool first - registration pages, email reminders, polls, CTAs mid-webinar, handoff to your CRM. Consistently the best-reviewed of the bunch (4.6/5 on G2). Get this if your webinars exist to generate leads. **2. Zoom Webinars - if you want the safe, familiar choice.** ~$79-95/mo for 500 attendees, but note it's an *add-on*: you also need a Zoom Pro license, so the real floor is ~$92/mo. Pick it when audience size or reliability is the binding constraint, or when your attendees are non-technical and already know Zoom. Fair warning: Zoom's webinar pricing has been genuinely volatile - a ~45% hike in July 2025, a ~37% cut in Feb 2026, and plenty of reports of surprise 5-51% increases at renewal. Budget accordingly. **3. Livestorm - if your usage is lumpy.** It prices per attendee credit (~€2.50) rather than a fixed seat tier, so if you run a few webinars a year instead of weekly ones, it's often much cheaper than a subscription. Also doubles as a demo/onboarding tool, so SaaS teams get more use out of it than a pure webinar product. **4. WebinarJam / EverWebinar - if you're running sales-led launches.** 2026 pricing is annual-only: $499/yr Basic (500 live attendees), $699 Pro, $999 Premium. Per attendee it's by far the cheapest at scale - roughly 30x better than Zoom on a cost-per-100-attendees basis. The tradeoff is a dated interface and a pushy, funnel-heavy feel. Good for "big launch webinar," bad for enterprise-ish credibility. **5. ClickMeeting - if you're a very small team on a tight budget** and want webinars plus basic training/meeting features without the marketing-automation overhead. **6. eWebinar - only if your goal is evergreen automated webinars.** It's purpose-built to take one recording and run it on a perpetual schedule with simulated live chat. Narrow, but excellent at that one job. **7. StreamYard - if you're really doing live streaming to social**, not gated webinars. Cheap, easy, no registration/lead-capture layer to speak of. One caveat on my sources: the "10 best, ranked by ROI" list that dominates search results is published by EasyWebinar, which ranks itself #1 - treat that as marketing, not a review. I've left EasyWebinar off my list for that reason, not because it's bad; it's a legitimate option (~$36/mo for 50 attendees, live + automated in one tool), just not independently validated the way Demio and Livestorm are. **Short version:** lead-gen webinars → Demio. Big/corporate audience or you just want zero surprises → Zoom. Infrequent webinars → Livestorm. Launch funnels → WebinarJam.
