The UI feels dated and it's less flexible as a general company wiki. 3. **Coda** - the one to choose if you have ops or analytics people who'll actually use formulas, tables, and automations. Docs that *do work* rather than just hold text. Steeper learning curve, weak offline. 4. **Microsoft OneNote** - the pragmatic choice if you're already paying for Microsoft 365. Free-form notebooks, no extra line item on the budget. 5. **Slite** or **Tettra** - worth a look if Notion feels like too much tool.
