Docs, databases, meeting notes, and project tracking in one place, with decent permissions as you grow and good AI search across the workspace. The tradeoffs: it's overwhelming for new users, and big databases get sluggish.\n2. **Confluence** - pick this if your team already lives in Jira. Documentation sitting next to issue tracking is genuinely valuable, and the page hierarchy and version control hold up at enterprise scale. The UI feels dated and it's less flexible as a general company wiki.\n3. **Coda** - the one to choose if you have ops or analytics people who'll actually use formulas, tables, and automations. Docs that *do work* rather than just hold text. Steeper learning curve, weak offline.\n4. **Microsoft OneNote** - the pragmatic choice if you're already paying for Microsoft 365. Free-form notebooks, no extra line item on the budget.\n5. **Slite** or **Tettra** - worth a look if Notion feels like too much tool.
