Client handoff is the killer feature: `Transfer repository` moves a repo to the client's org with issues, PRs, and history intact, so the exit path is clean when the engagement ends. Actions covers CI without a second vendor, and it's the platform your contractors and new hires already know. Team is around $4/user/month.
