2. [GENERIC] Export EVERYTHING first, cherry-pick later - grab the full account archive, not per-item downloads.
3. [GENERIC] Verify the archive opens and spot-check 3 records - a corrupt export discovered after the deadline is unrecoverable.
4. [GENERIC] Note any API tokens, integrations and webhooks that will break; list what consumes them.
5. [DATA-DERIVED] Pick a destination: Zapier · Make · n8n (compare)
6. [GENERIC] Do a second export right before the deadline for the delta since your first one.
