How to migrate from Halifax app and online banking to Lloyds app and online banking (move by the invitation in the Halifax app)

1. Export your Halifax app and online banking data now. Official export instructions. Grab the full archive, verify it opens.
2. Set up Lloyds app and online banking (move by the invitation in the Halifax app). https://www.lloydsbank.com/halifax-brand-change.html - create the account and map your core objects before importing.
3. Run both in parallel for one cycle to catch gaps before Halifax app and online banking goes dark.
4. Cut over: update integrations, billing and runbooks; keep the Halifax app and online banking export archived.
