Race Entry Watch · for organisers

List your event, or put it at the top while entries are open

Every record on Race Entry Watch is read from the event's own registration page. Organisers can ask for a record for free, and buy thirty days at the top of the open lists, labelled sponsored, for 49 USD.

The free listing

Every event on Race Entry Watch is read from its own registration page: the status in the page's words, the dates and fees as stated, re-read every night and every ten minutes around the dates the page states. Submit the page and the record is built the same way, for free; nothing you type becomes a fact unless the page says it.

A featured event sits at the top of the open-now list, the hub and its sport's list, labelled Sponsored, for thirty days from payment. It is shown only while its own registration page reads open or ballot open: a sponsored place never shows a closed or sold-out race as open, and the listing never changes a status, a date or a fee. The thirty days run from payment whatever the page reads.

Buy it from the event's own record page (the link at the bottom of every record names the event), or here and name the event afterwards:

Quick answers

How do I get my race listed on Race Entry Watch?

Submit its registration page on this page. The page is read once, politely, within the hour; a record appears as soon as the page states a registration status, with the dates and fees as the page states them, and it is re-read every night. Nothing typed into the form becomes a fact unless the page says it.

What does the featured listing do?

For thirty days from payment the event sits at the top of the open-now list, the hub and its sport's list, labelled sponsored, whenever its own registration page reads open or ballot open. It never shows a closed or sold-out race as open and never changes a status, a date or a fee.

How much is the featured listing?

49 USD once for thirty days; nothing renews.

Race Entry Watch is an independent, sourced tracker, not affiliated with any organiser. Every status is read on the event's own registration page on the date shown; dates and fees are quoted as the organiser states them; an entry is yours to make on the organiser's site.
