Solicitation Amendment #1 The purpose of this amendment is to: Update the Statement of Work (SOW) document to modify distribution limitations and decryption requirements, enabling authorized prospective vendors to access and view the document on the solicitation platform. Instructions to Offerors: All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. If a proposal has already been submitted prior to the issuance of this amendment and no revised proposal is received from the offeror, the previously submitted proposal will be deemed final and binding and evaluated as-is. It is the sole responsibility of the interested party to monitor the solicitation for all modifications. The closing date for this solicitation remains unchanged. Proposals must be received by the solicitation deadline to be considered.
