This is a COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Services, FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation, FAR Subpart 16.5- Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, and FAR Part 19- Small Business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA, 23511, intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
