The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price supply contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement consists of providing Electric Space Heaters in support of CGC KUKUI. Do not list individual line items, quantities, part numbers, National Stock Numbers, or technical specifications in this notice. The complete itemized requirement, including quantities, part numbers, and specifications, is contained in the attached Statement of Work and associated line-item schedule. All items must be delivered on an F.O.B. Destination basis to Sitka, Alaska by January 15, 2027. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333415, with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The applicable Product Service Code is 4520.
