Fully compliant quotes must be submitted in PDF format on company letterhead to [email on SAM.gov] on or before the established closing date and time of this combined synopsis/solicitation; please note that late, partial, or incomplete submissions will not be accepted by the Government. Offerors must include their CAGE code, delivery lead times, and detailed technical specifications within their package.
