The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for cadet sword belts, buckles and frogs for the United States Military Academy (USMA). This a plus four (4) option years. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 316990 - Other Leather and Allied Product Manufacturing (except Contractors) with a size standard of 500 employees and FSC/PSC of 8305. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
