Verify-badge policy

A clean badge means exactly: our scan of the named asset found no clone candidates on the stated date. It is not an endorsement, not a guarantee, and it goes stale after 90 days.

• Clean (dated): our scan of the named asset found no clone candidates on that date. Nothing more.
• Recheck due: the clean result is older than 90 days — the badge says so instead of pretending freshness.
• View report: a later scan of the same asset found candidate matches; the badge goes neutral and links the report.

Badges exist only for real completed checks (unknown ids return 404), never name third parties beyond the checked asset, and never imply endorsement by Bikoosh. States are computed live at each request.
