  1. EasyWebinar mentioned
Here's how I'd actually rank them for a small business, with the caveat that most of the "best webinar platform" listicles out there are published by the vendors themselves (EasyWebinar, WebinarNinja, Livestorm and Demio each conveniently rank themselves #1), so I'm weighting pricing models and fit

The answer, as recorded

Here's how I'd actually rank them for a small business, with the caveat that most of the "best webinar platform" listicles out there are published by the vendors themselves (EasyWebinar, WebinarNinja, Livestorm and Demio each conveniently rank themselves #1), so I'm weighting pricing models and fit over those rankings. **1. Zoom Webinars** - The default for a reason: your attendees already know how to join, the reliability is unmatched, and it plugs into whatever CRM/calendar stack you already run. Starts around $79/mo per license for 500 attendees, though if you just need small internal-ish sessions, a plain Zoom Pro plan at ~$14/mo with a meeting-in-webinar-mode setup is far cheaper. Weakest on marketing features - registration pages and analytics are basic. **2. Demio** - My top pick if the webinar *is* the marketing funnel. Browser-based (no attendee downloads, which measurably improves show-up rates), and live, automated, and hybrid webinars live in one tool with polls, CTAs/offers, and handouts built in. ~$45-$199/mo annually by attendee tier. This is the one I'd recommend to most small B2B or coaching businesses. **3. Livestorm** - Best if your attendance is spiky or unpredictable. It bills per unique attendee credit rather than per host seat, so an occasional 300-person event doesn't force you onto a permanent high tier. Good free plan to test with. ~$79/mo and up. Strong for product demos and recurring sessions. **4. WebinarJam / EverWebinar** - The direct-response and info-product choice. WebinarJam starts around $39-49/mo for 100 attendees, cheapest real entry point here, and EverWebinar (its sibling) is the strongest evergreen/automated-replay tool if your model is "run one great webinar, sell off it forever." Interface is dated and it's pushy on upsells, but the conversion tooling is the best in class. **5. GoTo Webinar** - I'd only pick this if you're selling into enterprise, government, or finance, where IT departments still whitelist it by default. Expensive and feels legacy otherwise. **6. Zoho Webinar** - Worth naming if you're already in Zoho One or on a tight budget. It's the cheapest credible option and integrates natively with Zoho CRM/Campaigns. Fewer engagement features, but you may already be paying for it. **What I'd actually do:** if you're testing whether webinars work for you at all, start on Zoom (or Livestorm's free tier) and spend nothing new. Once you're running them monthly and tracking conversions, move to Demio. Only go to WebinarJam/EverWebinar if automated evergreen funnels are the whole point. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
