The answer, as recorded
"Supply chain planning" means very different software depending on your size, so here's what I'd actually recommend, roughly in the order I'd try them: **If you're a Shopify/DTC brand doing under ~$20M:** 1. **Inventory Planner (by Sage)** - the default answer, and the one I'd start with. Best-in-class forecasting engine, connects to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and most 3PLs, and generates purchase orders directly. It's the most mature tool in this bracket. Downside: pricing is now quote-only through Sage, and the UI shows its age. 2. **Prediko** - my pick if you're Shopify-native and want something modern. Built end-to-end for Shopify, ties restock recommendations to lead times *and* your cash position, which matters more than forecast accuracy for most growing brands. ~$49/mo starting, 14-day trial. Much cheaper entry point than Inventory Planner. 3. **Cogsy** - flat $199/mo, all features included. Worth it if you want inventory planning tied to revenue forecasting and scenario planning ("what if we push this SKU in Q4"). Good for DTC teams who plan in terms of growth targets, not just reorder points. 4. **Sumtracker** - from ~$59/mo. Strongest at real-time multi-channel inventory syncing with forecasting layered on. Pick this if your actual pain is stock drifting out of sync across Shopify + Amazon + retail, not forecasting per se. **If you're larger, multi-warehouse, or running an ERP:** 5. **Netstock** - the standard step up. Bolts demand/supply planning onto NetSuite, Business Central, SAP, etc. Real planner workflows and inventory optimization. Expect ~$900/mo and up on annual contracts, quote-based. 6. **Deposco** - strong mid-market choice if you need planning *and* fulfillment/WMS in one system; its Bright Forecast module handles multi-channel retail + 3PL well. 7. **RELEX** or **o9 Solutions** - only at true enterprise scale (large assortments, store networks, omnichannel replenishment). Six-figure implementations; overkill for a pure online store. **My honest take:** start at #1 or #2. Most online stores that think they need "supply chain planning software" need demand forecasting plus purchase-order automation, and the $50-200/mo tier solves that. Don't go to Netstock or Deposco until you have an ERP worth integrating with. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
