The answer, as recorded

"Partner management" splits into two different products depending on what your partners actually do, so here's my list with that split called out. ## If you have real channel/reseller/referral partners (a PRM) **1. Kiflo - my default recommendation for a small business.** It's the one PRM genuinely built for SMB budgets and team sizes: partner onboarding, deal registration, lead distribution, commission tracking, partner portal. Pricing is public and starts around $399/mo, which is the cheapest credible "real PRM" I'd trust. You can run it without a partner ops hire. **2. PartnerPortal.io - cheapest way to get a branded partner portal up.** Has a free tier and paid plans around $249-$399/mo. Lighter than Kiflo on channel depth, but if your main need is "give partners a place to log in, register deals, and see their payouts," it deploys fast. Good if $399 is still too much. **3. PartnerStack - if your partners are mostly affiliates/referrers and you want distribution.** The differentiator is its marketplace: partners can find *you*, which no one else on this list offers. Two catches for a small business: pricing isn't public and realistically runs $1,000+/mo at any scale, and it takes a 3-15% cut of partner commissions on top. Only worth it if the marketplace is the point. **4. Channeltivity - only if you've outgrown the above.** Best-in-class deal registration, MDF, two-tier distributor management, deep native Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics/Zoho sync. But it starts around $1,199/mo and the Standard edition is ~$1,899/mo billed annually. That's mid-market pricing, not small business. I'd skip **Salesforce PRM** and **Impact.com** entirely at small-business size - Salesforce PRM is expensive and needs configuration work, and Impact is built for enterprise affiliate/partnership programs. ## If "partners" really means affiliates and referrers Don't buy a PRM at all - these do the job for a tenth of the price: **5. Rewardful - best value if you bill through Stripe.** $49/mo, 0% transaction fees, covers $7,500/mo in affiliate revenue, no cap on affiliate count, and the REST API is included even on the starter tier. **6. FirstPromoter - pick this over Rewardful if you're on Chargebee.** Same $49 entry price, but only $5,000/mo of affiliate revenue covered, and as of July 2026 the API and webhooks are gated behind the $99 Business tier. It does add built-in email automation. **7. Tolt - the simplicity play.** Also ~$49/mo, aimed at SaaS startups, automatic payouts, very fast setup. Genuinely fewer features than the other two, so choose it only if you want the shortest path to a working program. **Short version:** if you have named partners who register deals, start with **Kiflo** (or **PartnerPortal.io** if budget is tight). If they're just people sending you referral links, **Rewardful** at $49/mo and move on. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
