Free tier is genuinely usable, Plus is ~$10/user/mo and Business ~$20/user/mo. The tradeoff: someone on your team has to own the structure, or it turns into a junk drawer. **3. Google Keep / Google Docs** - Same logic as OneNote, but for Google Workspace shops. Keep for quick capture, Docs for anything substantial. Already paid for, zero adoption friction. **4.
