Strong at product strategy plus design, not just coding. Expensive, and you may not get their senior team on a small project. 2. **thoughtbot** (US/remote) - Engineering-culture-first consultancy with a genuinely excellent reputation among technical founders. They do discovery sprints and will tell you not to build something. Best if your CTO wants to inherit clean code; weaker as a pure design shop. 3. **Netguru** (Poland) - Large, mature, good process, worked with Revolut and Keller Williams.
