Best fit if you have a comms or People team that thinks in campaigns and needs read/reach analytics. 2. **Simpplr** - the nicest-feeling "classic" modern intranet. Launches in weeks with no code, strong personalization and AI-assisted content targeting. Pick it over Staffbase if your priority is a clean employee homepage and fast adoption rather than multichannel push. 3. **Workvivo** (owned by Zoom) - the one to pick if your actual problem is that remote people feel disconnected, not that they can't find documents. It's a social feed, recognition, shoutouts, podcasts, live events. Also often the cheapest of this tier if you're already a Zoom customer, since it bundles. 4. **Happeo** - only if you're a Google Workspace shop.
