Cvent - the one to pick when your clients are enterprises who already use it, or when venue sourcing and hotel room blocks are part of your scope.

It's also been consolidating the category aggressively (Splash, and reportedly ON24 and Goldcast) - note that consolidation claim comes from Bizzabo's blog, a direct competitor, so verify it before you lean on it in a pitch.

If budget is the constraint: Accelevents + Teamwork, and revisit Swoogo once event volume justifies the license.

The answer, as recorded
## For agencies, the honest answer is you need two things, not one Agencies get burned buying one tool to do both the **attendee-facing platform** (registration, event site, onsite check-in) and the **internal delivery stack** (project plans, budgets, client billing). Almost nothing does both well. Here's who I'd actually name for each. ### Attendee-facing platform **1. Swoogo** - my default recommendation for agencies specifically. It's the only major platform that markets to agencies as a first-class segment, and the economics fit: it's licensed by seat/site rather than per-event or per-registrant, so running 40 client events a year doesn't multiply your cost. Deeply white-labelable registration forms and event websites, which matters when the output has to carry your client's brand, not yours. The catch is price - Capterra lists entry pricing around $11,800/yr, so it's a real commitment, not a try-it-out tool. ([swoogo.events/agencies](https://swoogo.events/agencies/), [Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/161291/Swoogo/)) **2. Cvent** - the one to pick when your clients are enterprises who already use it, or when venue sourcing and hotel room blocks are part of your scope. Nothing else touches its sourcing side. It's also been consolidating the category aggressively (Splash, and reportedly ON24 and Goldcast) - note that consolidation claim comes from Bizzabo's blog, a direct competitor, so verify it before you lean on it in a pitch. Heavy to implement; overkill for a shop doing small events. ([Bizzabo](https://www.bizzabo.com/blog/best-event-management-tools), [Capterra comparison](https://www.capterra.com/compare/26318-161291/Cvent-Event-Management-vs-Swoogo)) **3. Bizzabo** - best if your bread and butter is B2B conferences and your clients judge you on lead capture and ROI reporting. The Klik SmartBadge (contactless networking, session tracking, sponsor analytics) is a genuine differentiator you can sell to sponsors as a line item. ([Bizzabo vs Cvent](https://www.eventsair.com/blog/bizzabo-vs-cvent)) **4. Accelevents** - the value pick. Meaningfully cheaper than the three above, supports white-label branding, and covers registration, mobile app, and exhibitor/sponsor management. Where I'd start if Swoogo's floor price is out of reach. ([Accelevents](https://www.accelevents.com/blog/which-platforms-provide-white-label-event-experiences)) **5. Eventbrite** - only for public, ticketed, consumer-facing events. It's the right tool for that and the wrong tool for a corporate client conference. Don't let it become your agency standard by accident. ([Software Advice](https://www.softwareadvice.com/event-management/)) ### Internal delivery stack **6. Teamwork** - my pick over Asana or Monday for agencies, for one reason: it handles billable vs. non-billable time, budget-vs-actual, and client profitability natively. Asana and Monday both require bolt-ons or spreadsheets to answer "did we make money on that event," which is the question that actually determines whether your agency survives. Teamwork also has a real client portal. ([Teamwork](https://www.teamwork.com/blog/ad-agency-project-management-software/), [Scoro comparison](https://www.scoro.com/blog/asana-vs-monday-vs-wrike/)) **7. Monday.com or Asana** - fine if you already run on one of them and your finance lives in a separate system. Both handle 10-25 concurrent events comfortably. Just know you'll outgrow them on the financial side. ([monday.com](https://monday.com/blog/project-management/creative-agency-project-management-software/)) ### What I'd do If you're a mid-size agency running recurring corporate events: **Swoogo + Teamwork**. That combination covers the client-facing output and your own margin visibility, and neither charges you per event. If budget is the constraint: **Accelevents + Teamwork**, and revisit Swoogo once event volume justifies the license. One caveat: every list above comes partly from vendor-published blogs (Bizzabo, Teamwork, monday.com all rank their own products first), so treat the rankings as a shortlist to demo, not a verdict. Get pricing in writing for your actual event volume - per-registrant pricing is where agency margins quietly disappear. **Sources:** - [Swoogo for Agencies](https://swoogo.events/agencies/) - [Swoogo pricing - Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/161291/Swoogo/) - [Cvent vs Swoogo - Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/compare/26318-161291/Cvent-Event-Management-vs-Swoogo) - [Best Event Management Tools 2026 - Bizzabo](https://www.bizzabo.com/blog/best-event-management-tools) - [Bizzabo vs Cvent - EventsAir](https://www.eventsair.com/blog/bizzabo-vs-cvent) - [White-label event platforms - Accelevents](https://www.accelevents.com/blog/which-platforms-provide-white-label-event-experiences) - [Event Management Software - Software Advice](https://www.softwareadvice.com/event-management/) - [Ad Agency Project Management Software - Teamwork](https://www.teamwork.com/blog/ad-agency-project-management-software/) - [Asana vs Monday vs Wrike - Scoro](https://www.scoro.com/blog/asana-vs-monday-vs-wrike/) - [Creative agency project management - monday.com](https://monday.com/blog/project-management/creative-agency-project-management-software/)

Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
