# Coworking space management software - what I'd actually recommend There's no single "best" - the right pick depends mostly on how many locations you run and whether you want depth or simplicity. Here's my order: **1. Nexudus** - The default heavyweight, and where I'd start if you want one system to do everything. It's one of the oldest platforms in the space and has the widest feature set: billing, bookings, member CRM, visitor management, digital signage, white-label member app, a built-in website/CMS, and the deepest integration list (door access, accounting, Zapier). The tradeoff is real: it's complex, and new operators often find it overwhelming. From ~£125/$150 per month per location, scaling with active members. **2. OfficeRnD Flex** - My pick if you're multi-location, scaling, or selling to enterprise tenants. Strong US presence, good reporting and plan/contract management, and better suited to structured operations with a real admin team. Also more complex than Cobot and genuinely needs onboarding plus ongoing training. Around $185-219/month for one location up to ~100 members. **3. Cobot** - What I'd recommend to most single-location independents. Built in Germany by actual coworking operators, and it shows: billing, bookings, and member management done cleanly, very stable, minimal training to get running. You give up some of the bells and whistles, and it's the best value here - from about $63/month for up to 10 members. **4. Spacebring** - Worth a look if your differentiator is community and member experience rather than asset management. It leans hard into automation and a polished member app, with a native mobile admin tool so you're not tied to a desk. Pricing isn't public - you'll need to ask. **5. Optix** - Mobile-first and the nicest member-facing app of the group; good for on-demand/hospitality-style spaces selling day passes and hourly bookings. Be careful with the pricing model - reports suggest you pay per automation/notification, which can creep. From roughly $199/month. **6. Archie** - The one to pick if you're a hybrid office or a coworking/hybrid blend. Desk and room booking, visitor tracking, and workspace utilization analytics. Lighter on the heavy billing side than Nexudus. **7. Skedda** - Not a coworking platform at all, but the best pure space-scheduling tool. If all you actually need is desk and meeting room booking with complex rules, and you already handle billing elsewhere, it'll beat the full suites on both price and simplicity. **The real decision:** the market has split in two. If you're managing leases, contracts, and assets across sites, go OfficeRnD or Nexudus. If you're building a brand and retaining members, go Spacebring or Optix. If you're one location and want to stop paying for things you don't use, go Cobot. One caveat on sources: much of the comparison content online is published by the vendors themselves (Cobot, Optix, Nexudus, and Archie all run comparison blogs about their competitors), so treat the head-to-head verdicts with skepticism. Pricing pages change often - verify current numbers directly, and get a trial on your top two before committing, since migration between these platforms is painful.
