Procore** - The default answer for a reason. It's the most complete platform for commercial GCs: RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, plus a genuinely mature financial layer (budgets, commitments, change orders, owner/sub invoicing) and solid ERP connectors to Sage and Vista. Pay-per-project-volume pricing rather than per-seat means you can put every sub and architect in the system for free, which is why it wins on adoption. Downside: expensive, and it needs real implementation effort and admin ownership. **2. Autodesk Construction Cloud (Autodesk Build / Forma)** - Pick this over Procore if your work is model-driven and your design team lives in Revit. Clash detection, model coordination, and the design-to-field handoff are better than Procore's. Its cost management module is decent but still not as battle-tested as Procore's, so firms that measure themselves in cost variance often stay with Procore. **3.
