The answer, as recorded

Here's what I'd actually recommend, roughly in the order I'd reach for them: **1. Calendly** - the default for a reason. It's the most mature option, and the team features are the part that matters for you: round-robin distribution, collective scheduling (books only when everyone on a required list is free), and per-department setups for sales/recruiting/CS. If you want one tool that just works and you don't want to think about it, start and probably stop here. ([comparison](https://calendly.com/blog/calendly-versus-clockwise)) **2. Cal.com** - the one I'd pick if you have any engineering appetite or privacy/compliance constraints. Open source, self-hostable, and it covers the same team primitives (round robin, collective/group scheduling) plus Routing Forms, which ask questions up front and route the booker to the right teammate. That's genuinely better than Calendly when "one link for the whole team" creates friction. Cheaper at scale too. ([Cal.com](https://cal.com/blog/clockwise-alternative)) **3. Reclaim.ai** - the best choice if your real problem is *internal* meetings, not external booking. Team scheduling links pool everyone's availability, and Smart Meetings auto-finds and auto-reschedules recurring 1:1s and team syncs around PTO and conflicts. For a distributed team with a lot of standing internal meetings, this removes the most tedious work. ([Reclaim](https://reclaim.ai/blog/calendly-alternatives)) **4. Google Calendar or Outlook** - don't skip the obvious. Whichever your company already runs on handles shared team calendars, working hours, and per-person time zones, and Google Calendar's "appointment schedules" now cover basic booking links for free. Fix your defaults here before buying anything; plenty of teams don't need a fifth tool. **5. Notion Calendar** (formerly Cron) - free, and the nicest daily driver if you live across multiple time zones. Excellent multi-zone display and fast keyboard-driven scheduling. It's a calendar *client*, though, not a team scheduling engine - pair it with one of the above. ([G2 roundup](https://learn.g2.com/best-calendar-app?hsLang=en)) **6. Acuity Scheduling** - worth naming only if you're booking paid sessions with clients (consulting, coaching, services) and need intake forms and payments in the booking flow. One thing to flag since it's still all over older "best tools" lists: **Clockwise is gone.** The team was acquihired by Salesforce for Agentforce, the product shut down March 27, 2026 with about a week's notice, and user data was deleted - nothing moved to Salesforce. If anyone on your team is still relying on it or you read a 2025 recommendation, Reclaim is the closest replacement. ([Doodle](https://doodle.com/en/clockwise-is-shutting-down-what-to-do-next-in-2026/), [Carly](https://www.usecarly.com/blog/clockwise-shut-down)) If I had to compress it to one line: **Calendly** for external booking, **Reclaim** for internal meeting chaos, **Cal.com** if you want to self-host or control costs. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
