Caveat worth knowing: Clerky generates the documents and walks you through filing, it isn't a full white-glove filer. **2. Stripe Atlas** - Best if you want speed and a working company fast. $500 one-time covers Delaware incorporation (including state fees, next-day processing), EIN, founder equity issuance, and 83(b) filing. Docs were built with Cooley. You also get the $500 credited back if you fund a Stripe Treasury account with $5k, plus ~$2,500 in Stripe credits.
