What the badge says
It states counts and a date: how many documented AI crawler tokens your robots.txt allows for / , how many it disallows, and when we last read the file.
It is not a grade and it is not an endorsement. There is no score behind it, and a site that disallows everything gets the same badge, in the same colours, with different numbers.
The image is drawn from the facts already stored here. Loading it never makes us fetch your site.

The image is cached for 60 minutes and carries an ETag, so a page that shows it costs almost nothing to serve.
The numbers move when the weekly crawl reads your robots.txt again, or the moment you run a free check yourself.
If you opt out, the badge stops being served at once and answers HTTP 410. Nothing about the domain is published after that.
AEO Watch is an independent, factual monitor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for any crawler vendor. Every statement is an observation with the date it was made and the raw evidence behind it: a robots.txt line, an HTTP status code, a header. There are no scores, no grades and no verdicts here, and nothing on this page is advice. A site opts out at any time and the opt out is honoured automatically and permanently.
