Harbor Compliance - best if you're in multiple states or need real compliance management.** $99 the first year, $149 on renewal, so it's cheaper than Northwest in year one and more expensive after. Worth it when you need annual report tracking, licensing, and charitable registration handled alongside the agent service, or if you have enough entities to negotiate a rate. **3. MyCompanyWorks - best cheap renewal if price is the only thing you care about.** Flat $119/year, no first-year bait pricing, and same-day filing on switch requests submitted before 3pm ET. Smaller company, thinner feature set, but the core job gets done. **4.
