The answer, as recorded

"Estate agents" reads UK to me, so I'll lead with the UK market and add the US picks at the end in case you meant those. ## UK estate agency CRMs **1. Alto (Houseful/Zoopla)** - my default recommendation for most independent and small multi-branch agencies. It's the most widely deployed UK estate agency CRM (~6,000 agencies, 25,000 users), has the fastest onboarding of the big three, and bundles sales, lettings and property management with AI/automation included rather than bolted on as paid extras. All-inclusive pricing, so fewer surprise line items. Worth knowing: a lot of the "best CRM" comparison content ranking Alto first is published on Alto's own blog, so treat those rankings as vendor marketing and demo it yourself. **2. Reapit** - the choice if you're a mid-to-large or multi-branch sales agency. Its Foundation platform is the enterprise standard (15,000+ branches across the UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ, Denmark), with the deepest applicant matching, pipeline/vendor reporting and client accounting. Trade-off: heavier configuration and a real implementation project, and it's quote-only. Overkill for a two-person office. **3. Street.co.uk** - pick this if AI workflow automation is the thing you're buying. It's the most AI-integrated UK agent CRM right now - AI call handler, AI property onboarding, AI photo editing - with a genuinely modern interface. Caveats: pricing scales with your stock/listing volume, so costs climb as your managed portfolio grows, and there's no block management. **4. Arthur Online** - if you're lettings- and property-management-led rather than sales-led, this is the better fit than any of the above. **5. Dezrez, 10ninety, Loop, MRI** - the credible second tier. Dezrez and 10ninety are worth a look for smaller independents wanting something cheaper than Reapit; MRI if you're already in that ecosystem. None of the top three publish full price lists, so you'll be running three demos and three quotes regardless. Ask specifically about data migration cost and contract length - that's where the real money is. ## If you meant US/agent-side instead **Follow Up Boss** first - ~$58-69/user/mo, 250+ lead-source integrations, and it's built around speed-to-lead and follow-up discipline rather than trying to be everything. Best fit for solo agents and teams who already have a website and lead sources. **BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE)** if you want website, IDX, leads and CRM in one for a brokerage - but it's quote-only with a reported ~$499/mo floor, team deals into the thousands, plus $1,000-$5,000 implementation and ad spend on top. **Lofty (formerly Chime)** from ~$449/mo for teams that want AI and marketing automation built in; it launched an "agentic AI" layer in Feb 2026. **Wise Agent (~$32-49/mo)** or **LionDesk (~$25/mo)** if you're a solo agent on a tight budget and just need a contact database, drip marketing and transaction management. Answer Watch records what one AI answer engine said on one date, nothing more. Each page names the engine and the model, carries the date the question was asked, and lists the brands that appeared in the answer in the order the engine gave them, with the sources it cited. It is a measurement, not a ranking, not a recommendation and not a claim about the world. Brands that did not appear in an answer are not named on any public page.
