Toast doesn't publish a price, but reports put its ordering bundle (Digital Storefront Essentials) at about $75/month, with online card fees of 3.5% + 15¢. Switching to Toast just to get its ordering usually isn't worth it, because you'd need new hardware and contracts. 2. **ChowNow.** This is what I'd pick if you want a separate ordering system that works with whatever POS you have. It charges no commission on direct orders, just card fees of 2.95% + 29¢. Plans start around $119/month and include a branded ordering page, an optional branded app and a listing in ChowNow's own app. You also keep your customer data. It connects to Toast, Square, Clover, Revel and many other POS systems. 3. **Owner.com.** This is for owners who want the website, online ordering and marketing handled together. It charges a flat $499/month with no commission, and you own your customer data. It costs a lot more than ChowNow, so it's worth it mainly if you'd otherwise pay someone to build your website and run your marketing. 4. **DoorDash Storefront / DoorDash Online Ordering.** This is the cheapest way to start taking orders on your own site.
