FigJam (Figma)** - Best if your team already uses Figma, and genuinely the most pleasant to *use*. Fast, low-friction, great built-in facilitation bits (timers, voting, stamps, cursor chat) that make async-heavy teams actually participate. Cheaper than Miro, and free for a small number of boards. Weaker than Miro for diagramming and big structured programs. **3. Mural** - The facilitation specialist. If someone on your team runs actual workshops - design sprints, retros, strategy offsites - Mural's guidance features (private mode, timed activities, "summon participants", facilitator controls) are better than anyone's. Also strong for regulated industries. Less compelling as a general-purpose canvas. **4.
