RingCentral** - The default \"safe\" pick and generally rated best overall. Most complete feature set (voice + video + team chat + SMS + fax), the deepest integration library, and it scales from 5 to 500 people without you having to migrate. Downside: it's the priciest of the mainstream options at around $30/user/month entry, and you pay for features you may not use.\n\n**2. Zoom Phone** - Best value, and a no-brainer if your team already lives in Zoom. Starts around $10-10.50/user/month, includes unlimited US/Canada calling, SMS/MMS, recording, and fax on listed plans. Fewer bells and whistles than RingCentral, but for a small team that mostly needs reliable calling, it's hard to beat on price.\n\n**3. Nextiva** - The one I'd pick if uptime and support matter more than features. 99.999% uptime, 24/7 support, strong customer-experience tooling. Core plan is about $15/user/month on annual billing. Good middle ground between Zoom Phone's thrift and RingCentral's sprawl.\n\n**4. Dialpad** - Best if you have a sales team or do high call volume.
