Ticket Tailor** - My default recommendation for most independent organisers. You pay a flat fee per ticket (~$0.26, or monthly plans from ~$19/mo) rather than a percentage, so it gets dramatically cheaper as your ticket price rises. You keep your customer data, it's self-serve, and free events are free. The tradeoff: no marketplace, so it sends you zero discovery traffic - you need your own audience. ([pricing comparison](https://www.ticketfairy.com/es/event-ticketing/eventbrite-vs-ticket-tailor))\n\n**2. Eventbrite** - Still the right answer when you need discovery. It doubles as a marketplace with real search traffic and brand trust, which matters for first-time public events. But the fees are the highest of the mainstream options: 3.7% + $1.79/ticket on Essentials, rising to 6.2% + $1.79 on Professional. Use it when the audience it brings is worth more than the percentage it takes.
