> 3. **Coda** - best when your docs need to *do* things: spreadsheet-grade formulas, conditionals, and automations inside collaborative documents. Worth it if you have ops or analytics people who'll actually use that power; overkill otherwise.
> 4. **Microsoft OneNote** - the cost-consolidation play. If you're already paying for Microsoft 365, it's free, it's fine, and it's one fewer vendor. Weakest of the four on structure and search.
