A few platforms do both passably; none do both excellently.\n\n## Last-mile dispatch & routing (where I'd start)\n\n**Onfleet** - the one I'd name first for a real courier operation. The driver app is the best in the category, and driver adoption is what actually determines whether routing software works. Caveat: it has moved upmarket hard. Pricing reportedly starts around $619/mo for 2,500 tasks, with advanced optimization and barcode scanning gated to a ~$1,349/mo tier. Too expensive if you're small.\n\n**Routific** - my pick for 3-30 vehicles. Free up to 100 orders/month, ~$150/mo to 1,000 orders, and crucially the full feature set is available at every tier rather than gated behind enterprise plans.
