Here's how I'd rank them.\n\n**1. Microsoft 365 / OneDrive + SharePoint** - The default if you have any Windows machines, use Excel and Outlook seriously, or work with clients who expect Office files. Business Basic is ~$6/user/month and Business Standard ~$12.50 gets you the desktop Office apps plus 1 TB per user. Nothing else bundles this much for the price. The downside is real: OneDrive vs. SharePoint vs. Teams files is genuinely confusing, and sync has historically been the weakest of the big three. Google Workspace / Google Drive** - My pick if you're a newer or web-first business with no Office legacy. Business Standard at $12/user/month includes 2 TB per user, and real-time co-editing in Docs and Sheets is still smoother than Microsoft's. Skip Business Starter - 30 GB per user is not enough for a business. Sharing permissions are the easiest of the big three to get right, which matters more than people expect w", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
