Here's how I'd rank them:\n\n**1. Google Workspace (Google Drive)** - My default recommendation for most small businesses. Business Starter is ~$6/user/month, Business Standard ~$12 with 2 TB per user. You get email, Docs/Sheets, Meet, and storage in one bill, and the real-time collaboration and link-sharing are still the easiest to teach non-technical staff. If you have no existing commitment, start here.\n\n**2. Microsoft 365 Business (OneDrive + SharePoint)** - Equally good, and the clear winner if your team lives in Excel, Word, and Teams. Business Basic runs ~$6-7/user/month with 1 TB per user. Desktop Office apps and Windows integration are the reason to pick this over Google; the tradeoff is that SharePoint permissions get confusing fast without someone minding them.\n\n**3. Dropbox Business** - Pick this when syncing is the actual job: large files, creative/media workflows, people who need a local folder that always just works. Sync reliability remains best-in-class. It's the priciest of the mainstream three (Standard around $18/us", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
