Here's how I'd rank them:\n\n**1. Google Workspace (Google Drive)** - The default recommendation. Business Starter is ~$6/user/month and Business Standard ~$12/user/month (2TB pooled), and you get Gmail on your domain, Docs, Sheets, and Meet bundled in. Real-time collaborative editing is still the best in the category, and link sharing is dead simple for people outside your company. Best overall value if you don't have a strong reason to go elsewhere.\n\n**2. Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint (via Microsoft 365)** - The right answer if your team lives in Excel, Word, and Outlook, or if a client or regulator expects real Office files. Business Basic is ~$6/user/month with 1TB per user; Business Standard (~$12.50) adds the desktop apps. The lowest entry cost of any serious business option, and you're probably already paying for it.\n\n**3. Dropbox Business** - More expensive (~$15/user/month, three-user minimum) and it's storage and sync only - no email or office suite. I'd still name it for teams working with big files across lots of devices, or creative/video teams,", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
