Google Workspace (Google Drive) - the default for most remote teams.** Real-time co-editing in Docs/Sheets is still the best collaborative experience available, sharing links \"just work\" for outside collaborators, and it starts around $7/user/month. 15 GB free on personal accounts. If you have no strong reason to pick something else, pick this.\n\n**2. Microsoft 365 / OneDrive + SharePoint - if your team already lives in Office or Teams.** Business Basic is ~$6/user/month and bundles Teams, email, and the Office web apps, so the file sharing is effectively free alongside everything else. Strong enterprise security and compliance controls. Don't fight this one if you're already a Microsoft shop.\n\n**3. Dropbox Business - best pure sync reliability.** Still the most dependable desktop sync across mixed Mac/Windows/mobile fleets scattered across time zones, and the easiest for non-technical people to understand. The tradeoff is price: roughly $18-$30/user/month, which is 3-4x Google or Microsoft for what is mostly storage and sync. Worth it if sync ", "answer_truncated": true, "measurement": "One answer from one engine on one date.
